Absolulely. ZimZoom has 40+ production units and an event team that can handle any size event. We regularly services large festivals, events and conventions. Submit the inquiry form with some info about your event and our event design team will be thrilled to collaborate with you.
Set-Up, Breakdown and transportation to and from your event is always included in the package price.

4 hr minimum for Thu-Sat & 3 hr minimum Sun-Wed. However, depending on the specifics we may be able to accommodate shorter events. Send us more info and we’ll get back to you with more details.

To secure the date, you’ll need to pay the booking fee which is 25% of the invoice total. The remainder is due 30 days prior to the event. We also offer NET30 terms for Universities, Public Schools & Government Entities.
Yes! We can accomodate your event schedule. If necessary, we can set-up early and then add “idle time” which is billed at a reduced rate. Just give us your timing requirements and we’ll make it work!
