How much space is needed for a headshot event?
We recommend a minimum 8′ x 8′ indoor space. We’re super flexible, our event designers are experienced at adapting to a wide variety of environments.
What's the secret to capturing such high quality headshot photos?
We’ve refined our gear, camera settings & lighting over the years to reliably replicate amazing headshot sessions. ZimZoom was founded by pro photographers, so great photography is in our DNA.
Can headshot participants take more than one photo?
Sure! We actually recommend that each participant take several photos. They’ll get to see the photos immediately and have multiple opportunities to get just the right shot.
How many people can you serve during a headshot event?
Whether you’re expecting 50 or 500 attendees, we can make it work. Larger capacity events may require multiple photo stations. Your ZimZoom account manager will help determine the ideal package for the attendance expectation and duration of your event.
What's the duration of a Headshot Event?
The minimum duration is 3 hours. Your account manager will work with you to determine the ideal duration depending on the number of anticipated participants
How do we access the photos?
Participants can instantly receive digital copies at the event via SMS or Email. In addition, we provide an online gallery where photos can be viewed or downloaded after the event.
Will participants know what to do?
As experienced photographers, we provide Pose Coaching. We’ll suggest poses, positions and adjust attire as necessary.
Do you offer on-site prints at headshot events?
Printing is always an option! You can add prints to your headshot package. In addition, individual prints can be ordered directly from your on-line gallery after the event.
